[ As all young hipsters should at least once in their lives, Eridan is hanging out in the mall. He stands out like a sore thumb among the plain city residents, and the StarFloraBucks cup he's holding just sort of completes the trashy teenager look.

He seems to be window-shopping, though judging by his looks of confusion, he's probably not in complete understanding of the city's culture - though he doesn't look to be in a particularly bad mood. It's probably a safe moment to approach him if you're in the area. ]

[Riddler's in the area, though he isn't sticking out quite as much. He looks nearly as outlandish--his costume is enough for most to skirt around him--but he's mostly walking along the edges of the crowd.]

[He's paying far more attention to what he can feel than see, and he's close to the royalty before he actually notices and veers off slightly.]

[Bruce is coincidentally also window-shopping, although unlike Eridan he looks much more intent about it. (He's missing a lot of equipment; it's worth scouting the area to see what materials are available.) But apart from the intent look, and the fact that Bruce is noticeably bigger than most of the other people at the mall, he blends in much better than Eridan does.]

[As such, he probably notices Eridan first.]

[He debates a moment before approaching him. Eridan's a... concerning individual, and Bruce decides it wouldn't hurt to check in. He raises his voice to be noticeable over the background noise of the mall.]

Eridan.

[And if Eridan turns, he'll see Bruce standing at the window of an electronics retailer. The intentness has faded now that he's switching to Socialization Mode.]
